Take a look

Do you want to take a look before you decide whether you want to use the questionnaire? This infographic provides a quick overview of the different modules and what they involve.

As explained in the manual, you can decide which modules to include in your version of the questionnaire. A preview of the shortest version of the questionnaire is visible here. For additional documents, such as how-to videos and an overview of all the questions, see Get started.

Sample reports

Sample reports for a fictional child are available here. The child in these reports is a 7-year-old girl who moved from Poland to the UK when she was 2. She has a Polish-speaking father and a Polish-speaking mother, making Polish the home language, whereas at school and daycare, English is spoken. Both languages are spoken in the wider community.

We have created three different versions of the sample reports: one for the shortest version of the questionnaire, one for the version of the questionnaire with the recommended modules, and one for the complete questionnaire with all modules included.
